От боязни до страсти
Я долго работала в миграционной службе, в один момент поняла, что не так живу и уволилась в никуда. К тому времени уже была безумно влюблена в горы. Первое восхождение в горы я, дитя алаасов Верхневилюйского улуса, запомнила навсегда. Пришлось впервые побороть страх высоты, когда нужно было подниматься не оглядываясь. А на пике горы я была совершенно ошеломлена невероятной красотой, видом гор с птичьего полета! Вот тогда поняла смысл фразы, что надо сделать то, чего больше всего боишься, и ты обретешь свободу. В тот момент и родилась мечта жить в горах. Даже представила себя на пенсии с избушкой, где буду жить-поживать и гостей принимать.
Идея и поддержка
Представьте себе: вы едете по легендарной Колымской трассе, пейзажи за окном меняются с каждой минутой
и высоко в горах, среди величественных сопок, обнаруживаете наш Этнокомплекс «ОДО»! Впечатляет?
Идея открытия турбазы родилась именно во время таких поездок в горы, когда встречаемые путешественники спрашивали, где можно безопасно переночевать, есть ли поблизости кемпинг.
Очень долго искала свободный подходящий для турбазы участок земли в горах и наконец оформила дальневосточный гектар в феврале 2023 года. Тогда же стала ИП, в чем мне очень помогли сотрудники Бизнес инкубатора
«Центр «Мой бизнес». Это профессионалы, которые всегда помогут.
К строительству турбазы долго готовились, собирали, копили стройматериалы, искали средства. Поддержал Фонд развития предпринимательства, выделив средства под залог дома, еще сыновья, невестка, зять, дочь, племянник заключили соцконтракты с Центром соцзащиты населения.
Это непередаваемое ощущение, когда для исполнения мечты у тебя есть мощная поддержка родственников,
родных и близких людей, друзей и знакомых! И сегодняшний результат — это плоды труда многих активных, трудолюбивых, добрых людей. Большое, огромное спасибо всем вам!
Единственная турбаза в Верхоянском хребте
Летом 2023 года мы переехали и начали строительство. На месте отказались от замысла сезонной турбазы и начали строить зимнее жилье. При этом жили в вагончике, который практически не был утеплен. Несмотря на все трудности, 22 декабря запустили тепло и 2024 год встретили уже в новом двухэтажном доме. При этом у нас даже были гости из Поднебесной.
Порой кажется, что сами небеса помогают в исполнении задуманного.
Когда строили гостевые домики почти все лето дожди если и были, то по вечерам или ночью.
Большую поддержку оказала администрация нашего района, выделив субсидию для приобретения солнечных батарей с комплектующими. Теперь мы обеспечены электроэнергией и интернет связью.
Сейчас у нас 3 гостевых а-фрейм домика, 1 жилой вагончик, действующие круглогодично с печным отоплением. Также имеется дом, где расположены кафе, ресторан, хостел на 12 койкомест, тепло подается в дом с котельной, имеется гараж.
Кстати, наше кафе — единственное заведение общественного питания, работающее весь год на трассе Колыма.
Также на данный момент у нас единственная в республике круглогодичная общедоступная турбаза в Верхоянском хребте.
Горы, гости, место силы
Наша территория окружена грандиозными горами, рядом протекает чистейшая, богатая минералами река Восточная Хандыга. В шаговой доступности великолепные водопады, ледники, девственная природа с изумительными пейзажами.
В 2024 году нас посетило свыше 2000 человек. Очень много туристов приехало с других регионов, стран. Никто не уехал равнодушным: великолепные ощущения от отдыха обеспечены на долгое время.
И самое важное — вокруг турбазы присутствует огромное место силы.
К нам приезжают набраться энергии шаманы, целители, люди с даром. Чудеса реальны! Если человек годами страдает бессонницей, то у нас спит как младенец и даже утром будильник, а вечером музыка их не беспокоит. Здесь энергии земли и неба соединяются, создавая особую атмосферу, сильную энергетику, которая дарит духовное и физическое обновление, помогает найти внутренний баланс и гармонию.
Не зря древние философы говорили: тайна создания мира сокрыта глубоко в горах. И Верхоянские горы как никогда подходят под это утверждение. Мы дарим вам возможность прикоснуться к первозданной природе, ощутить первобытную абсолютную свободу, шанс остановить поток быстротечности времени. Этот таинственный, неповторимый, навеянный мистикой и волшебством мир перевернёт все ваши представления о жизни.
Планы и Новый год в горах
Впереди у нас много идей по расширению бизнеса. Вводим в строй еще одно здание, в котором будут полностью благоустроенный банкетный зал, гостевой дом, сауна, теплый гараж.
Запустили проект мероприятий на новогодние праздники — Новый год в горах на высоте 700 метров над уровнем моря, Волшебное рождество, гадания, составление карты желаний, настольные игры, музыкальные вечера и многое другое.

From Fear to Passion
I worked for a long time in the migration service. At one point, I realized I wasn’t living the right life and quit without having another job lined up. By that time, I was already madly in love with the mountains. I will never forget my first mountain climb—I, a child of the alaas of Verkhnevilyuysky District, will remember it forever. For the first time, I had to overcome my fear of heights, having to climb upward without looking back. And when I reached the mountain peak, I was completely stunned by the incredible beauty, by the bird’s‑eye view of the mountains! That’s when I understood the meaning of the phrase: you must do what you fear the most, and you will gain freedom. It was then that the dream of living in the mountains was born. I even imagined myself in retirement, living in a little cabin, enjoying life and welcoming guests.
Idea and Support
Imagine this: you’re driving along the legendary Kolyma Highway, and the landscapes outside the window change with every passing minute. High up in the mountains, among the majestic hills, you discover our Ethno‑Complex “ODO”! Impressive, isn’t it?
The idea to open a tourist base came to me precisely during those trips to the mountains, when fellow travelers would ask where they could spend the night safely, or if there was a campsite nearby.
I spent a very long time looking for a suitable vacant plot of land in the mountains for a tourist base. Finally, in February 2023, I registered a Far Eastern hectare. That’s also when I became an individual entrepreneur, and the staff of the Business Incubator “Center ‘My Business’” helped me a great deal. They are professionals who are always ready to lend a hand.
We spent a long time preparing for the construction of the tourist base: gathering and saving building materials, looking for funds. The Entrepreneurship Development Fund supported us by allocating funds secured against our house. In addition, my sons, daughter‑in‑law, son‑in‑law, daughter, and nephew all signed social contracts with the Center for Social Protection of the Population.
It’s an indescribable feeling when you have the powerful support of relatives, family, close friends, and acquaintances to make your dream come true! And the result we have today is the fruit of the labor of many active, hardworking, and kind people. A huge, heartfelt thank you to all of you!
The Only Tourist Base in the Verkhoyansk Range
In the summer of 2023, we moved to the site and began construction. We abandoned the original plan for a seasonal tourist base and started building winter‑ready accommodation. At the same time, we lived in a trailer that was practically uninsulated. Despite all the difficulties, we got the heating system running on December 22, and we welcomed 2024 in our new two‑story house. We even had guests from the Celestial Empire.
Sometimes it feels as though the heavens themselves are helping us bring our plans to life.
While we were building the guest cabins, it seemed that whenever it rained during the almost entire summer, it was only in the evenings or at night.
The administration of our district provided significant support by allocating a subsidy to purchase solar panels and their components. Now we have a reliable supply of electricity and internet connectivity.
Currently, we have 3 guest A‑frame cabins and 1 residential trailer, all operating year‑round with stove heating. We also have a building that houses a café, a restaurant, and a hostel with 12 beds; heat is supplied to the building from a boiler room, and there is a garage.
By the way, our café is the only food service establishment that operates all year round along the Kolyma Highway.
As of now, we are also the only year‑round, publicly accessible tourist base in the republic located in the Verkhoyansk Range.
Mountains, Guests, and a Place of Power
Our territory is surrounded by majestic mountains. The pure, mineral‑rich Vostochnaya Khandyga River flows nearby. Within walking distance, you’ll find magnificent waterfalls, glaciers, and pristine nature with stunning landscapes.
In 2024, we welcomed over 2,000 visitors. Many tourists came from other regions and countries. No one left unmoved: the wonderful feelings from their stay are guaranteed to last a long time.
And most importantly, there is a huge place of power around the tourist base.
Shamans, healers, and people with special gifts come to us to recharge their energy. Miracles are real! If a person has suffered from insomnia for years, here they sleep like a baby—and in the morning, even an alarm clock doesn’t bother them, nor does music in the evening. Here, the energies of the earth and sky come together, creating a special atmosphere and a strong energy field that offers spiritual and physical renewal, helping people find inner balance and harmony.
It’s no wonder that ancient philosophers said the secret of the world’s creation is hidden deep in the mountains. And the Verkhoyansk Mountains fit this statement better than ever. We offer you the opportunity to connect with pristine nature, to feel that primal, absolute freedom, and a chance to pause the swift flow of time. This mysterious, unique world, steeped in mysticism and magic, will change your entire perception of life.
Plans and New Year in the Mountains
We have many ideas for expanding our business ahead of us. We are putting into operation another building, which will feature a fully equipped banquet hall, a guest house, a sauna, and a heated garage.
We’ve launched a program of events for the New Year holidays: New Year in the Mountains at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, Magical Christmas, fortune‑telling, creating a vision board, board games, musical evenings, and much more.
